NEUVIE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to NEUVIE! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NEUVIE mobile application ("App"), website, and services provided by NEUVIE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.

• By using the App, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Services

• NEUVIE provides productivity tools, self-guided courses, task management features, and a rewards system where users earn points for completing activities.

• Points can be redeemed for discounts and freebies from partnered brands, subject to availability and terms set by each partner.

• Premium features are available to try for free once per user before requiring a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payment

• NEUVIE offers a subscription-based model for access to premium content and features.

• After a one-time free trial of each premium feature, users must subscribe to continue access.

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. 'Empower Your ADHD: Strategies for Every Struggle' Course

• This self-guided course provides a comprehensive approach to managing ADHD through bite-sized video clips (1-10 minutes each).

• Content is delivered by Cherry, the founder, and includes a mix of evidence-based, evidence-led, and experience-based strategies for ADHD.

• The course covers every ADHD struggle, offering actionable strategies and advice on focus, time management, motivation, emotional regulation, and more.

• Developed with input from a speech and language therapist, a mental health nurse, a psychologist, and certified ADHD coaches, ensuring a well-rounded approach.

• Users can personalize their course experience through an initial quiz, helping to tailor content to their most pressing struggles.

• Course progress is tracked, and users earn points for completed modules.

• Outcomes and benefits may vary from person to person.

• Users should apply strategies at their own discretion and seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider when necessary.

• NEUVIE and its contributors cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the application of course materials.

6. Live Events & Community Engagement

• NEUVIE offers live events to support users in their ADHD journey, including:

  • Body Doubling Sessions: Large, video-based meetings where users work on tasks alongside others while on mute, fostering accountability and motivation.

  • Q&A Sessions with Cherry: Interactive sessions where users can ask ADHD-related questions and receive expert guidance.

  • Live Topic Discussions: Focused sessions covering specific ADHD struggles, strategies, and real-life applications.

• Access to live events is limited to specific subscription tiers.

• Users must adhere to community guidelines, including respectful communication and appropriate behavior during live sessions.

• Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from live events and, in severe cases, suspension of account privileges.

7. Rewards & Points System

• Users earn points for completing tasks and watching educational content.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App.

• Partner brands provide discounts and freebies at their discretion and may set limits on redemptions.

• We reserve the right to modify the rewards program at any time.

8. Brand Partnerships

• Brands featured in the Rewards Section offer discounts or free products in exchange for points.

• NEUVIE does not guarantee product availability or fulfillment by third-party partners.

• Future participation in the Rewards Section may require a fee for brands.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Users must not manipulate the point system, submit false task completions, or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Users must not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality.

• Any violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, including courses, branding, and software, is owned by NEUVIE or licensed to us.

• You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the App without permission.

11. Technical Issues & Support

• NEUVIE strives to provide a seamless experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the App.

• If you encounter bugs, technical issues, or account-related problems, please contact our support team at geraldine@neuvie.co.uk 

• While we will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible, we are not liable for any disruptions to service or loss of points due to technical errors.

12. Liability & Disclaimers

• NEUVIE provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.

• We are not responsible for third-party offers, including product quality, fulfillment, or brand terms.

• We are not liable for any loss of points due to technical issues or policy changes.

13. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically and will notify users of significant changes.

• Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
